Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using SnapTidy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
Service
SnapTidy helps you tidy your iPhone photo library with daily sets, swipe decisions, a review-before-delete list, favorites, offline travel mode, Widgets, and progress summaries.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SnapTidy on Apple devices you own or control. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies where distributed through the App Store.
Accounts and Purchases
The current version does not provide account registration or login, and does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid unlocks. If purchases are added later, purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be updated in the app and these Terms.
Photo Permission
- SnapTidy needs photo access to create sets, show photos, sync favorites, and start delete confirmation.
- You can change permission anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.
- Some features may not work if permission is limited or disabled.
Tidy and Delete Rules
- Swipe left marks a photo for review; it does not delete immediately.
- Swipe right keeps a photo.
- Double-tap attempts to sync a photo to iOS Favorites.
- Photos move to iOS Recently Deleted only after your confirmation and the iOS system delete confirmation.
iCloud and Offline Use
Offline travel mode can prepare photos on device before you go offline. If photos are stored in iCloud, downloads are handled through iOS system APIs. Network conditions, iCloud state, device storage, and system settings may affect preload results.
Widget
Widgets are subject to iOS refresh behavior, so displayed state may not update instantly.
Privacy
SnapTidy’s privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
SnapTidy’s name, icon, interface design, text, code, and related materials are owned by us or their respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute them without permission.
Disclaimer
SnapTidy is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by user actions, system limitations, iCloud state, device failure, permission settings, or other factors outside our control. Please back up important photos before deleting.
