Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using SnapTidy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
Service
SnapTidy helps you tidy your iPhone photo library with daily sets, swipe decisions, a review-before-delete list, favorites, offline travel mode, Widgets, and progress summaries.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SnapTidy on Apple devices you own or control. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies where distributed through the App Store.
Accounts and Free Features
The current version does not require registration or login. SnapTidy includes free features with a daily tidying allowance and one AI pre-screen experience. Allowances may change in future versions and will be disclosed in the app. This in-app free experience is not an App Store subscription free trial and does not automatically create a charge.
SnapTidy Pro Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
- SnapTidy Pro offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. During an active subscription, you receive unlimited tidying, AI pre-screen, and the other Pro benefits identified in the app.
- Eligible new subscribers may receive an introductory free trial. Apple determines eligibility from the customer’s App Store account and subscription-group history. The exact trial duration, renewal price, and eligibility shown on the purchase screen and Apple confirmation sheet control. After the trial, the selected plan renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- The duration and full renewal price of each plan are displayed on the purchase screen in the currency of your App Store storefront. The Apple purchase confirmation sheet controls the final price.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID / App Store account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Renewal is charged at the applicable plan price shown during purchase.
- You can view, change, or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions or through the App Store subscription management screen.
- If a previous purchase is not reflected in the app, use Restore Purchases. Apple manages changes between the monthly and annual plans within the same subscription group so you do not subscribe to two plans providing the same entitlement at once.
- After cancellation, Pro remains available until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period unless required by applicable law or Apple policy.
Refunds and Billing
Apple processes all subscription transactions, and SnapTidy does not receive your complete payment information. Refund requests and billing disputes are governed by Apple’s policies and can be submitted at Report a Problem. When distributed through the App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
Photo Permission
- SnapTidy needs photo access to create sets, show photos, sync favorites, and start delete confirmation.
- You can change permission anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.
- Some features may not work if permission is limited or disabled.
Tidy and Delete Rules
- Swipe left marks a photo for review; it does not delete immediately.
- Swipe right keeps a photo.
- Double-tap attempts to sync a photo to iOS Favorites.
- Photos move to iOS Recently Deleted only after your confirmation and the iOS system delete confirmation.
iCloud and Offline Use
Offline travel mode can prepare photos on device before you go offline. If photos are stored in iCloud, downloads are handled through iOS system APIs. Network conditions, iCloud state, device storage, and system settings may affect preload results.
Widget
Widgets are subject to iOS refresh behavior, so displayed state may not update instantly.
Privacy
SnapTidy’s privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
SnapTidy’s name, icon, interface design, text, code, and related materials are owned by us or their respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute them without permission.
Disclaimer
SnapTidy is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by user actions, system limitations, iCloud state, device failure, permission settings, or other factors outside our control. Please back up important photos before deleting.
